Inclusion Criteria
- Age between 40 and 60 years;<br>2) Clinically diagnosed with hypertension/hyperglycemia/hyperlipidemia;<br>3) Body Mass Index (BMI) = 24 kg/m² and/or central obesity (waist circumference > 90 cm for men, > 85 cm for women); includes populations with osteoporosis and lower limb joint diseases among those with three highs (hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia;<br>4) Doctor's permission to participate in this exercise program;<br>5) Informed consent for this project, signed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- Myocardial infarction within the last 6 months or unstable chronic diseases such as respiratory diseases or heart failure;<br>2) Severe chronic diseases that prevent completion of the intervention and related assessments;<br>3) Type 1 diabetes, specific types of diabetes, or gestational diabetes;<br>4) Refusal to participate in this project;
