Those with a stroke duration of 3 months or more
- A person who can walk with only the help of a walking aid or a person
- Those who can train for more than 30 minutes
- Those with a Berg Balance Scale (BBS) of 45 or less
- Patients with a score of 21 or more on the Korean mental status test
- A person with a height of 150cm to 175cm
- Those who understand and participate in this study
- A person with a fear of water
- Those whose seizures are not controlled.
- Those with cardiovascular or other medical findings
- Those who are within 4 months of orthopedic surgery
- Those with traumatic injuries
