Inclusion Criteria
primary knee OA
age 50-80 years
body mass index (BMI) ≥25 kg/m2
knee pain by Numeric Rating Scale ≥5
Exclusion Criteria
bowel and/or bladder incontinence
skin ulcer
inability to walk due to a serious medical condition (e.g., severe cardiopulmonary system, spinal stenosis, or severe back, hip, or ankle joint pain)
