Inclusion Criteria
1.All pregnant women who were scheduled for cesarean section delivery under dpinal anaesthesia.
2.ASA classification 2
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients refusal
2.uncooperative patients
3.patient with impared cognitive ability
4.Hypo or hyperthyroidism
5.Initian body temperature mire than 38 degrees or less than 36 degrees
