Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Participants with intellectual ability to comprehend instructions and follow verbal instructions
- •2\. Orthopedically aligned adolescents and young adults diagnosed as CP in GMFCS categories II and III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Participants having unstable seizures
- •2\.Participants unable to comprehend instructions
- •3\.If participants received invasive treatment for spasticity or any surgical procedure up to 3 months to 6 months (for surgery) prior to the study
- •4\. Other orthopaedic, systemic or cardio\-respiratory illness that may be a contra indication to exercise
