1.Participants with intellectual ability to comprehend instructions and follow verbal instructions
2. Orthopedically aligned adolescents and young adults diagnosed as CP in GMFCS categories II and III
1.Participants having unstable seizures
2.Participants unable to comprehend instructions
3.If participants received invasive treatment for spasticity or any surgical procedure up to 3 months to 6 months (for surgery) prior to the study
4. Other orthopaedic, systemic or cardio-respiratory illness that may be a contra indication to exercise
