Inclusion criteria
1.Patients who have edentulous space which require two dental fixtures support fixed partial denture.
2.Extractions completed at least 2 months prior to implant placement.
3.No limited mouth opening for placing surgical guide and drill.
4.Age 20 years and over.
Exclusion criteria
1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases or conditions that would affect to dental implant treatment.
2.Clinical or radiographic signs presents any pathology in the jaw bone.
3.Patients on orthodontic appliance.
4.Patients with pathological mobility of adjacent teeth that supported surgical guide.
5.Patients underwent perioperative complications that make surgical guide less accurate, such as surgical guide fractures, surgical guide incline that affect to mis-alignment of implant position.
