Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1\.Patients who have edentulous space which require two dental fixtures support fixed partial denture.
- •2\.Extractions completed at least 2 months prior to implant placement.
- •3\.No limited mouth opening for placing surgical guide and drill.
- •4\.Age 20 years and over.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1\.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases or conditions that would affect to dental implant treatment.
- •2\.Clinical or radiographic signs presents any pathology in the jaw bone.
- •3\.Patients on orthodontic appliance.
- •4\.Patients with pathological mobility of adjacent teeth that supported surgical guide.
- •5\.Patients underwent perioperative complications that make surgical guide less accurate, such as surgical guide fractures, surgical guide incline that affect to mis\-alignment of implant position.
