Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 20 Years to 65 Years (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •General criteria
- •1. No contraindication for minor oral surgery
- •2. No psychiatric disorders
- •3. No bleeding disorders
- •4. No smoking or smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day during in recent 5 years
- •5. No intravenous injection of bisphosphonate
- •6. Never received radiotherapy around head and neck regions
- •7. Good oral hygiene
- •8. To be able and to agree undergo treatment and follow-up at least 1 year
- •Implant site
- •1. Single tooth edentulous area
- •2. Presence of mesial and distal neighboring teeth
- •2. Stable occlusion, no severe occlusal interference
- •3. Normal soft tissue, keratinized tissue ≥ 2 mm.
- •4. Adequate bone quantity for implant placement which is implant surrounding bone ≥ 1mm after surgery. No need bone augmentation.
- •5. Sites with previous bone augmentation
- •6. No parafunctional habit
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1. Uncontrolled systemic disease
- •2. Heavy smoking (≥ 10 cigarettes/day)
- •3. Alcoholism or drug abuse
- •4. Previous or present radiotherapy around head and neck regions
- •5. Infection at implant site
- •6. Unable to maintain good oral hygiene
- •7. Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
- •8. Conditions that would prevent completion of study participation
- •9. On intravenous-injection bisphosphonate medication
