Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • General criteria
  • 1\. No contraindication for minor oral surgery
  • 2\. No psychiatric disorders
  • 3\. No bleeding disorders
  • 4\. No smoking or smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day during in recent 5 years
  • 5\. No intravenous injection of bisphosphonate
  • 6\. Never received radiotherapy around head and neck regions
  • 7\. Good oral hygiene
  • 8\. To be able and to agree undergo treatment and follow\-up at least 1 year
  • Implant site

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria
  • 1\. Uncontrolled systemic disease
  • 2\. Heavy smoking (≥ 10 cigarettes/day)
  • 3\. Alcoholism or drug abuse
  • 4\. Previous or present radiotherapy around head and neck regions
  • 5\. Infection at implant site
  • 6\. Unable to maintain good oral hygiene
  • 7\. Patients who are unable to provide informed consent
  • 8\. Conditions that would prevent completion of study participation
  • 9\. On intravenous\-injection bisphosphonate medication
