入选标准
- •1.Adults who diagnosed cirrhosis
- •2.Liver frailty index more than 4.5
排除标准
- •1.Patitents who recieved branch chain amino acid in 1 year
- •2.Patients was diagnosed hepatic encephalopathy more than stage 2
- •3.Patients was diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma
- •4.Patients was diagnosed malignancy or severe comorbidity which survival less than 6months Exp congestive heart failure , COPD , ESRD
- •5.Pregnancy and breast feeding
- •6.Patients was post organ transplant
- •7.Patients was admit in hospital within 1 month
- •8.Patients was poor diabetic control (HbA1c more than 8.5)
