入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with decompensated cirrhosis (CTP
- •7-9) of all etiologies
- •2. Age: 18-60yrs
- •3. Hemostatically stable patients with platelet
- •4. INR <1.5 or 1.5-2.5 â?? to be corrected with Vitamin K
- •5. Who give consent for muscle biopsy
- •6. BMI <23
排除标准
- •1. Presence of overt hepatic encephalopathy
- •2. Patients with co-morbidities like acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, HCC, Other cancer, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart disease, chronic respiratory disease
- •3. Patients continuing to take alcohol in past 3 months
- •4. Patients with transjuglar intrahepatic portosystemic shunt [TIPS]
- •5. Patients on steroids
- •6. INR >2.5
- •7. Refusal to participate in the trial
