Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients 60 years and above will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age < 60 years.
2. History of any fracture within 6 months of index survey.
3. Known cases of malignancy or pathological fractures due to malignancy.
4.Unwillingness to participate in the study.
5. Persons visiting Chandigarh temporarily and likely to be unavailable for complete follow-up during the study period.
