- •Primigravida patients with term, singleton pregnancy undergoing caesarean section will be included
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusing consent.
- •2. Patients with multifetal gestation.
- •3. Multigravida patients.
- •4. Patients with antepartum haemorhhage.
- •5. Patients with any known coagulation disorders, hepatic, renal, cardiac disorder.
- •6. Patients developing PPH where etiology is other than being atonic.
- •7. Patients with any known allergy/ found allergic to oxytocin or carbetocin.
