Inclusion Criteria
Hoehn and yahr scale score 3 and 4.
Age group 45 to 65 year.
Male and female both include.
Had a prior history of one or more falls and or near falls in the preceding two years.
No serious cognitive disorder (score >24 on mini mental state exam).
No previous diagnosis of vestibular dysfunction
Exclusion Criteria
Some Medication side effect.
Physical disability interfering with their mobility.
Other neurological disorder affecting postural stability.
Disability in visual, auditory sensation and vestibular organs.
Patient not want willingly participate
