1. An elderly male or female aged 60-69 years with high blood pressure. The systolic pressure does not exceed 139 mmHg or the systolic pressure does not exceed 89 mmHg.
2. Did not practice yoga, qigong, tai chi, and Pilates exercises in the six months prior to participating in the study.
3. No systematic exercise history in the last 6 months.
4. Must not have serious congenital disease such as heart disease, chronic kidney disease Diseases related to joints and bones
5. Must not have undergone major surgery during 12 months.
6. Must not be treated for cerebral stroke in 12 months.
7. Must not smoke (Stop smoking for at least 6 months)
1. An accident that prevents the participation in the research, such as an accidental injury or illness, etc.
