Inclusion Criteria
BMI higher than 25 kg/m2; total body mass maximal of 120kg; at least six months without practicing any kind of physical activity.
Exclusion Criteria
History of neurological; cognitive; orthopedic; respiratory; or endocrine disease (except obesity)

Name Time Method Decreased fat mass evaluated by an absorptiometry system dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) from the finding of a change of at least 2% in pre- and post-intervention measurements .;There was a significant decrease (p<0.05) in fat mass only in Pilates group (3.2%).
