Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants aged 65 years and above with mild to moderate physical performance.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those unable to walk without walking aid or physical assistance, unable to follow commands, difficulty in speech and hearing, having musculoskeletal or neurological deficits limiting mobility, myocardial infarction or major surgical intervention in the past one year.
