Should satisfy all of the following criteria
1. Participants diagnosed with fatty liver
2. With mildly to moderately elevated ALT and AST ( <5 times above the upper normal limit)
3. ALT more than AST.
4. USG report confirming fatty liver disease taken within 6 months prior to the recruitment.
5. Age group 30 years â?? 60 years irrespective of gender
6. Those who are willing to participate in the trial
1. Estimated average alcohol consumption > 20 g / day for men and > 10 g / day for women in the six months prior to enrolment
2. Participants having uncontrolled DM & HTN

3. Viral hepatitis, Wilsonâ??s disease
4. Drug induced fatty liver disease
5. Patients with liver cirrhosis
6. Patients taking Ayurvedic treatment for other diseases
7. Established cases of IHD / Stroke
8. Patients undergoing and completed Cancer treatment
9. Patients with Insulin therapy
10. Pregnancy or lactation
11. Patients in bed ridden condition
