入排标准
入选标准
- •Adult patients aged between 18 to 45 years and undergoing elective off pump cardiothoracic surgeries under general anaesthesia who belongs to ASA PS I and II will be included.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with obesity(BMI >30)
- •2.Patients with history of gastroesophageal reflux disease
- •3.Preoperatively in high inotropic support
- •4.Anticipated difficult intubation
- •5.Patients with life-threatening arrhythmias or on intra-aortic balloon pump
- •6.Unstable angina pectoris with poor left ventricular function i.e;ejection fraction <35% will be excluded from the study
