Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients indicated for Open Reduction And Internal Fixation under GA for mandibular fractures.
- •Patients in the age group of 18 years and above.
- •Patients willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having comminuted fractures.
- •Patients requiring closed reduction.
- •Patients with history of systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, radiotherapy and bleeding disorder.
