- •Patients who are planned to receive laparoscopc gynecologic surgery will be included in this study.
- •- Patients are Americal Society of Anesthesiology grade I and II.
- •- Patients are agree to join this study.
排除标准
- •A. Who has allergy to morphine.
- •B. Who are dependent on analgesics
- •C. Who has chronic pain and take analgesics.
- •D. Who has sleep apnea syndrome.
- •E. Who has asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- •F. Who has taken analgesics within 24 hour before surgery.
