Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adults of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth having non specific neck pain and using electronic gadgets for minimum 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Underlying conditions like surgeries of neck, upper limb and upper back
- •disc pathologies or traumatic conditions.
- •Congenital deformity like idiopathic scoliosis, excessive thoracic kyphosis or scoliosis are excluded, including any musculoskeletal, psychological or neurological disorders.Visual impairments not corrected with the help of glasses or any perceived respiratory discomfort are also included in exclusion criteria
