- •1.ASA physical status I and II.
- •2.Age between 18years to 60 years.
- •3.Patients undergoing elective surgeries under 4.General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
- •Provides Consent
排除标准
- •1.Surgery time of less than 1hr or more than 4 hrs
- •2.Risk of aspiration
- •3.Known difficult airway
- •4.Thyroid Surgeries
- •5.History of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a history of smoking, respiratory tract infection during the past 6 weeks,
- •Hypertensives taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors
