Inclusion Criteria
Patient with shoulder pain
Ability to read and understand Thai
Exclusion Criteria
Patients have been underwent shoulder arthroplasty.
Shoulder pain is currently determined as referred pain from cervical spine.
Active Skin and soft tissue infection is demonstrated at shoulder region.
Patients were unable to communicate due to either severe psychiatric or neurological disorder.
