1.Age 18 and above.
2.The spinal cord injury patient who came to receive treatment at the outpatient department of the Department of Urology or the Rehabilitation Medicine Department, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
3.Diagnosed with symptoms of neurogenic bladder due to spinal cord injury.
4.Uses Thai as primary language of communication.
1.Cognitive impairments, difficulty understanding language, or reading problems due to limited proficiency in the Thai language, not caused by visual impairment.
2.Presence of unstable medical condition.
3.Having symptoms of urinary tract infection, such as fever, chills, burning sensation during urination, cloudy or bloody urine, abdominal/back pain.
4.Unable to attend questionnaire sessions twice or unable to answer all questions in the questionnaire.
