Sufficient level of German or Arabic language; Ability to understand the study protocol and to give an informed consent; Will to use the device for ambulatory assessment
General exclusion criteria:
1) Subjects who spent most parts of their days outside of the target area (target areas are for example municipal district: Mannheim, Heidelberg und Ludwigshafen; administrative distric: Rhein-Neckar-Kreis/most parts of their days means: habitation of a secondary residence, school/work place or facilities visited [Auspendler], current location outside the target region, short stays outside the target area for two or more days per week)
2) chronic endocrinological, cardiovascular, immunological und clinically manifest psychiatric disorder
3) acute diseases
Exclusion criteria for MRI
1) regular intake of medicaments containing glucocorticoids
2) Drug abuse
3) Pregnancy
4) objects from metal in head or body (e.g. vascular clamps, metal prostheses, artificial heart valves, tiling, nails, wires, shrapnel, medication pump or other implants)
5) operation of heart or brain in medical history
6) therapeutic patches (nicotine, hormone, or against pain)
7) epilepsy
8) piercings which are not removable
9) Accident with unconsciousness in medical history
10) Claustrophobia

Name Time Method ongitudinal study to search for epidemiological factors and investigate the impact of the environment, stress and functional and structural brain development.<br>All participants should attend three times for an MRI-testing to investigate long-term modifications.
