1. Individuals not consuming any antihypertensive medicine.
2.Individuals having systolic blood pressure of 120-139mmHg
and diastolic blood pressure of 80-89mmHg.
3.Ability to meet follow up requirements for minimum of 12 weeks.
4.Patients who are willing to get enrolled in study.
1.Age should be less than 18 yrs and more than 60 yrs.
2.Chronic disease â?? Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitis, Coronary Artery Disease and Acute Liver Disease.
3.Using any supplementation (multivitamins, Herbals medicine) within 6 months.
4.Patients with any acute illness affecting hemodynamics like sepsis, fever, acute febrile illness etc.
5.History of malignancy.
6.History drug and alcohol abuse.
7.Secondary Hypertension.
8.Pregnant and lactating women.
9.Patient unable to attend follow up.
10.Patient who is refusing for enrolment into study.
