Body Mass Index = 25 kg/m2
Non-smoker for at least 3 months
written informed consent
Allergy or intolerance against mushrooms or any other food ingredient used in the study, pacemaker, (planned) pregnancy, lactation, planned changes in lifestyle, loss of appetite, eating disorders, dysfunction in gastric motility, previous bariatric surgery, breakfast skipping, regular intake of supplements that contain ß-glucans or soluble fibers, regular intake of supplements or medications that might affect hunger, satiety or gastric emptying, drug abuse, limited legal capability, taking part in another clinical trial.
