Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Glucose-AUC (Area under the curve), based on glucose concentration in sodium fluorid plasma which will be determined before and 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180 and 240 min after meal consumption
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Gucose metabolism (insulin in serum, GIP and GLP-1 in EDTA-plasma), lipid metabolism (triglycerides and non-esterified free fatty acids in serum), hunger and satiety (determined by means of visual analog scales; ghrelin in EDTA-plasma); <br>determination before as well as 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180 and 240 min after meal consumption
