- •1. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II patients,
- •2. Patients aged 18-65 years,
- •3. Patients undergoing elective spine surgery in prone position.
排除标准
- •Patients with
- •1. Hypertension (BP >140/90 mmHg),
- •2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus,
- •3. Arrhythmias,
- •4. ASA grade III & IV,
- •5. Previous spine surgery,
- •6. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg m-2),
- •7. H/O drug abuse,
- •8. Severe respiratory disease such as asthma, COPD
- •9. Severe hepatic, renal, endocrine disease
- •10. Cardiac dysfunction such as IHD and valvular heart disease
