Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Female carcinoma breast sheduled for modified radical mastectomy
- •2\. Age 30\-65 yrs
- •3\. American society of physical status I and II
- •3\. weight 40\-70kg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients with chronic pain /on chronic analgesics or opioid
- •2\. Patient refusal
- •3\. Drug allergy
- •4\. pregnancy
