- •1.patient undergoing interlocking nail for inter trochanteric fracture of femur.
- •2.patients consenting to participate.
- •3.adult patient aged 50 years or more.
- •4.patients of both genders.
- •5.weight 40-80 kgs
排除标准
- •1.History of allergic reactions to local anesthetics.
- •2.Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders.
- •3.Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for both blocks and spinal anesthesia.
- •4. Chronic use of opioids or corticosteroids.
- •5. Pregnent female.
- •6. Uncooperative patients.
