Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult patients who undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • Child (18 years old or under 18years old)
  • Old age (70years old or over 70 years old)
  • Severe coagulopathy (Preoperative PT INR \>1\.5 or \=1\.5\)
  • Heart disease (unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy)
  • Cerebrovascular disease
  • Systemic infective disease, local infection on procedural site
  • Patient refusal
  • Allergy to local anesthetics
  • Severe psychological disease
