- •Inclusion Criteria: \>2 years athletic activity; female; 20\-30 years old; BMI range of 19\-27; Standard Body Fat Percentage.
Exclusion Criteria
- •metabolic disorders such as diabetes; chronic heart and artery diseases; smoking; alcohol consumption.
