Inclusion Criteria
- •acute myocardial infarction treated with percutaneous coronary intervention
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction \< 45% before the acute MI
- •Recent valve surgery
- •Musculoskeletal limitation
- •Uncontrolled arrhythmia, hypertension, diabetes, or additional issues that would preclude potential participation in the program
