Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •150 patients, systemically healthy with Periodontitis and aged between 20 to 50 years will be selected for the study.
- •Patient with Periodontitis will be selected from Department of Periodontology S.G.T Dental college , During my visit to college, I will be collecting sample of Patients for microbiological analysis and clinical parameters will be examined, and the sample will be transferred to sirsa in Biotechnology department (CDLU) for RT \- PCR study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The plaque samples will be collected after isolating the site with sterile cotton rolls. A sterile paper point will be introduced to the base of the pocket and plaque sample will be taken . The paper with the collected plaque will be dispensed in separate vials containing transport media viz. thioglycolate broth with hemin and Vit k (transport 8 medium) and sealed tightly to avoid contamination.
