Inclusion Criteria

30~80 year-old patients scheduled for transrectal ultrasono guided prostate biopsy who have no systemic disese or mild systemic disease.

Exclusion Criteria

patients who received monamine oxidase inhibitors or antidepressant drugs or opioids chronically, who have active anal diseases, arrythmia, chronic obsrtuctive lung diseases.
