MPC grade 1&2
Exclusion Criteria
Those who refuse to give consent
Patients with ASA 3 or more
Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
Pregnant patients
Patients suspected to have muscular dystrophies and myasthenia gravis and peripheral neuropathies
