Inclusion Criteria

1)Age : 3 to 12 years

2)ASA Patients: I andII

3)Gender : Male and Female

4)Surgery: Elective surgery under GA, expected duration > 30 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

1)Parents not willing for consent

2)Patients having known allergy to muscle relaxants

3)Patients with airway problems suggestive of difficult intubation

4)More than two attempts of laryngoscopy

5)Patients with neuromuscular diseases like myasthenia and myopathies

6)Patients receiving medications that interfere with neuromuscular blockade like

phenytoin, valproate,carbamazepine, ethosuximide,lamotrigine,leveteracetam

7)Patients with disorder of cardiovascular, respiratory hepatic or renal systems
