Inclusion Criteria
a)All preterm babies < 34 weeks inborn and out born. And age of neonate - < 24 hrs of life
b) Babies on mothers milk
Exclusion Criteria
a)Babies on formula feed
b)Parents who don’t give consent
c)Pre-term got admitted on day – 2 of life
d)Neonates with Congenital anomalies
