Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects of both sexes having clinical features (Signs and symptoms ) of Irritable Bowel Syndrome satisfying Rome IV criteria.
- •Patients with age group 18\-49yrs.
- •Patients who have a score more than zero in perceived stress scale .
- •Patients willing to give consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who have a score of zero in perceived stress scale.
- •Patients having clinical features like unexplained weight loss, bleeding PR,
- •Persistentdiarrhea etc. will be excluded.
- •Patients having disease symptoms secondary to organic cause like celiac disease, Inflammatory bowel disease and lactose malabsorption etc.
- •Patients having abnormal findings in laboratory investigations like low Hb suggestive of anemia etc.
- •Subjects with active treatment suffering from some advanced systemic diseases like Uncontrolled DM, severe HTN, complicated thyroid disorders.
- •Pregnant and lactating females.
