Inclusion Criteria

Subjects of both sexes having clinical features (Signs and symptoms ) of Irritable Bowel Syndrome satisfying Rome IV criteria.

Patients with age group 18-49yrs.

Patients who have a score more than zero in perceived stress scale .

Patients willing to give consent for the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who have a score of zero in perceived stress scale.

Patients having clinical features like unexplained weight loss, bleeding PR,

Persistentdiarrhea etc. will be excluded.

Patients having disease symptoms secondary to organic cause like celiac disease, Inflammatory bowel disease and lactose malabsorption etc.

Patients having abnormal findings in laboratory investigations like low Hb suggestive of anemia etc.

Subjects with active treatment suffering from some advanced systemic diseases like Uncontrolled DM, severe HTN, complicated thyroid disorders.

Pregnant and lactating females.
