Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •high levels of percieved stress (Percieved Stress Scale \> 18\), full age, voluntary participation, informed consent to video and audio recording, informed consent to storage of data
Exclusion Criteria
- •diagnosed psychotic disorder, impaired emotional expressions (e.g., facial nerve paresis), acute suicidal tendencies
