- •Adults with obesity who are awaiting sleeve gastrectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Treatment for diabetes other than metformin
- •Contraindication for bariatric surgery or very\-low\-energy diet
- •Current use of appetite\-reducing pharmacotherapy
- •Previous bariatric surgery
