1.Patient having keloid scar
2.Able to understand and give informed consent.
3.Patient age 18-70 year.
4.Recurrent keloid patient who has previous surgery or had undergone any other modality of treatment.
5.Those keloid having area not more than 25 cm2 and elevation 0.6 mm will be included in the study.
6.Mamsakandi over the chest, shoulder and extremities.
7.Mamsakandi in the scar due to traumatic and surgical wounds.
1.Open wound at or proximity of the lesion.
2.Infected lesion.
3.Those who suffer from immunodeficiency disorder.
4.Atropic scar.
5.Mamsakandi over the Marma Sthan (vital parts) and face.
6.Inflammation over the body.
7.Diabetic patients
8.Mamsakandi in the scars other than traumatic and surgical wounds.
