- •Elective laparotomy, ASA I \& II
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of substance abuse, major spine abnormalities, difficult airway, coagulation abnormalities and those on anti\-convulsants or anti\-depressants were excluded. Emergency laparotomies and patients with history of allergy to local anaesthetics
