Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective surgical patients presenting for laparoscopic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Obesity BMI \>\=35 kg/m2
- •2\.Patients with chronic respiratory disease,
- •COPD Gold class \> 3, ILD or asthma.
- •3\.Neuromuscular disorders / chest wall
- •deformities.
- •4\.Patients not extubated on table.
- •5\.On chronic pain medications
