Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged over 65 years with an American Society of Anethesiolgists (ASA) physical status I to III who underwent gastrectomy of stomach cancer between May 2011 and May 2014.
Exclusion Criteria
patient with ASA physical status IV to VI, preoperative cognitive disorder, conscious disorder, schizoprenia, seizure, Parkinsons's disease, and other neurotic or psychotic diseases, emerengnet operaiton, metastatic gastric cancer.
