Relationship between Organizational Tolerance, Psychological Safety and Attitude towards Reporting Sexual Harassment among Information Technology professionals

This is a cross sectional study seeking to examine the relationship between organisational tolerance, psychological safety and attitude towards reporting sexual harassment among male and female employees from the Information Technology sector of India. It also aims to assess the gender difference across organisational tolerance, psychological safety and attitude towads reporting sexual harassment. Data will be collected across India using standardized questionnaires and will be statistically analysed to determine the coefficient of correlation between the variables as well as the difference between participants across gender.
