入排标准
入选标准
- •Adult aged 30 to 60 years
- •Clinically diagnosed ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke
- •More than 3 months post stroke
- •Presence of post stroke depression symptoms identified using a validated screening tool
- •Able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions
- •Willing to provide written consent form
排除标准
- •Severe cognitive impairment
- •Severe aphasia interfering with participation
- •Major psychiatric illness other than depression
- •Severe medical conditions contraindicating mild to moderate physical activity
- •Unstable neurological status or recurrent stroke during the study period
- •Current participation in any structured yoga or meditation or mind-body program
- •Substance abuse or alcohol dependence
- •Severe visual or auditory impairment limiting participation
