通过评估疼痛与排石情况，利用超声弹力成像技术，探讨输尿管自然排石过程中垂直律动治疗的作用，为输尿管结石治疗提供新的物理治疗方案。

入排标准
- 年龄范围
- 20 至 65（—）
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •符合输尿管结石的诊断；
- •年龄 20～65 岁的患者；
- •同意并签署知情同意条款。
排除标准
- •传染病活动期（如活动性肝炎，菌痢，结核）；
- •严重糖尿病（因易出现严重的尿路感染）；
- •非结石性尿路梗阻（如输尿管狭窄，肿瘤）；
- •全身情况差（年老体弱者，心，肺，肝，肾等脏器功能障碍， 高血压，心律失常）；
- •双侧尿路结石并严重尿毒症；
- •肾或输尿管结石梗阻时间长，肾无功能；
- •肾或输尿管结石并脓肾；
- •诊断不明确，不能排除结石并肿瘤或结核；
- •结石宽超过 6mm，长超过 10mm。
