1. COPD patients GOLD stage II to IV.
2. Age between 40 to 80 years old.
3. Good communication, cooperation, and cognition.
4. Stable COPD (without acute exacerbation in the previous 4 weeks).
1. Medical diagnosis history of cardiovascular disease or related to the contraindication of exercise.
2. Home oxygen therapy (for at least 15 hours per day) or SpO2 < 88%.
4. Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders.
5. Recent surgery.
6. Spontaneous bone fracture.
7. Acute lung embolism, lung infraction, or infection.
8. Severe arterial hypertension (Resting of systolic >200 mmHg or diastolic of >110 mmHg).
